The Hill Street B&B was built in 1904 on the homestead of Thomas Hill, Sr., an early settler of Spring Green. Kelly and Jay Phelps, and their two cats, have been your hosts since 1994.  We are members of Wisconsin Bed & Breakfast Association & AAA.

Hill Street Bed & Breakfast Policies

• Rates: $90.00-$120.00 nightly

• Includes a full breakfast such as:

• Asparagus Pesto Swiss Quiche with fresh fruit and Rhubarb bread

OR

• Baked Cinnamon French Toast with Raspberries and Wisconsin Syrup with bacon and Almond Danish

• Breakfast also includes  Coffee, Tea and Juice
   

• Tax is not included (5.5%)

• $20 charge for a third person

• Credit card or cash accepted

• Limited cell phone reception

• Internet/Wi-fi available free

• We do have cats in residence

• No pets accepted

• Smoke Free Accommodations

• Inquire about children

• Check in after 4pm, Check out 11am

• Special arrangements may be made

Reservations

Reservations may be held with MasterCard, Visa for full amount of first night's lodging. Saturday night may not be reserved ahead for single night stays from June through October.

Cancellations

When reservations are cancelled with at least 5 days notice, the deposit will be refunded. When cancellation notice is less than 5 days, a gift certificate will be issued for use at a later date.
